Founded in 2011, and taking their name from the Twelve Peers of Charlemagne, 12 Peers Theater is a 501(c)(3) organization. Our mission is to create exciting, engaging, and experimental theatrical productions with a focus on myth and cultural identity for new and established theatre lovers in the Greater Pittsburgh Area, through various in person and online programs, season after season.

The mission of Throughline Theatre Company is to demonstrate the existence of common themes throughout literary history that bridge generations and bring into perspective the constancy of the human condition. The National Negro Opera Company was founded in 1941, it was once a grand home for artist, musicians and students in the Homewood neighborhood of Pittsburgh.
