What is a favorite memory from this season?

Our first preview was to be on March 11, 2020. At 4:00 pm that afternoon they announced that the theaters would be shutting down because of COVID. One cannot describe the joy all of us felt on November 11, 2021, when we finally got to share our show with an audience.

What is a great bit of advice about playwriting you’ve given or received?

When collaborating with Sondheim he said: Let me state our themes in the songs. If you do that in the book you get slammed, but no one thinks twice about it when it’s sung.
