A favorite memory from the season would be James Lapine sharing with the company of Flying Over Sunset that he was dedicating our opening night performance to Stephen Sondheim.

What is a great bit of advice about playwriting you’ve given or received?

Some advice I’ve given is to always find inspiration in a story or a source that speaks to your voice. Something filled with challenges and complexities that will continue your growth as a writer and allow you to infuse the piece with important perspective and sensibilities that are at the heart of who you are as an artist.
