The Dramatists Guild is thrilled to announce the launch of a new series of Advocacy Nights. Beginning October 26, these free, monthly events will help theatre writers build community while learning about available resources and their rights in process and production.

Thursday, October 26
7pm-9pm EDT

Open Jar Studios
1601 Broadway, 11th floor
New York, NY 10019

SPOTS ARE LIMITED. RESERVATION REQUIRED.

Do you know your rights and what resources are available to you as a playwright, composer, lyricist, or librettist? Join us and be inspired! This in-person event will be your chance to come together with your fellow writers, both to build community and to discover the rights and resources that are available to you as a playwright, composer, lyricist, or librettist.

We recognize that you work hard to craft your plays, musicals, songs, and operas. We want to make sure that you have the tools to negotiate for equitable compensation and support in exchange for your labor. Let us help you advocate for yourself at our Advocacy Night and beyond.

Light refreshments will be provided.
