""MYSTERY OF THE MOON MAIZE: THE UNAUTHORIZED NANCY DREWSICAL" is a comedic space opera starring the original Girl Detective (or someone like her that's not actually her because we probably won't be able to get the rights). Inspired by the world of the Nancy Drew point-and-click video game series by HeR Interactive, this musical explores what might happen when Nancy is no longer a teen detective extraordinaire, just a regular 27-year-old continuously working freelance detective cases as unpaid internships. This is a wild, wacky musical that's partly a parody and partly a reimagining of a reimagining of a beloved character that has everything from an A.I. robot narrator to an epic ballet number (in space) to appearances from the Hardy Boys, whose names are luckily already in the public domain. The musical currently has a full draft of the book and lyrics and more information is available upon request. I am looking for a partner who would be able to be attached to the piece as it develops. A composer who is familiar with the Nancy Drewniverse would be ideal."
