Houston: Writers Weathering The Storm

The Houston theatre scene has experienced more than its share of storms during the winter months of 2021. The pandemic has brought the entire theatre district to its knees of live productions and new premieres of works. While the Alley Theatre has been doing virtual performances, TUTS and Stages productions have primarily been at a standstill. In late February of this year, the severe Texas Snowstorm had taken out power and water to many of our theatre arts performers, family, and supporters.
