This past season, Michigan theatres found inspiration from our history and the past. From adaptations to docu-dramas and everything in between, we realized that “world premiere” material could be sourced from a variety of starting points.

’s plays have been performed in Seattle, Dallas, Austin, Houston, Portland, Minneapolis, Puerto Vallarta, Sacramento, and Miami. Emilio currently teaches Intro Playwriting at the University of Michigan and Acting at Michigan Actors Studio.
